You will build the named flagship artifacts for your cohort, live, or your money back. If you attend both days, complete the required pre-work, and do not leave with your working artifacts, you are entitled to a full refund.

There are no hoops, no retention scripts, and no conditions hidden in fine print. The guarantee is published here and on the trust page, and it is honored as written.

If skaai breaches its all-live commitment (no recorded session is ever presented as live) or its asset-delivery commitments, you may request a refund. Where a committed asset is not delivered within its stated window and is not cured within seven days of you flagging it, the guarantee applies.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the cohort's end. Requests are logged and acknowledged promptly, and refunds are processed to the original payment method.

The outcome guarantee requires attendance on both days and completion of the pre-work (both logged). This protects the room for everyone and keeps the guarantee defensible — it is not used to deny good-faith requests.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for participants in India. Where local law grants you a stronger remedy than this policy, that remedy applies.

A seat in a Field Protocol: a fully live, two-day weekend cohort, one per month, with a hard seat cap and a lead instructor plus floor coaches. Seats are application-only; submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance or a seat.

You leave with working artifacts built on your real data and every reusable part needed to re-run and extend them — not a production-hardened, SLA-backed enterprise system, and not a certificate. skaai claims no ownership over artifacts built on your data.

Pricing is transparent and dual: $500 / Rs 41,500 per seat, shown side by side with no regional markup — the same fair price in each market. The INR figure is a fixed, fair list price, not a drifting currency conversion. No-cost EMI is available on the INR ticket; skaai absorbs the financing cost so the total you pay is the listed price.

There is no front-end tripwire and no back-end upsell, ever. We do not run public discount codes or countdown offers.

On acceptance, you receive a private checkout link scoped to your email and chosen currency. A seat is held for a limited window and is confirmed only on successful payment. If a cohort fills before you pay, you will be offered the waitlist or the next Protocol — you are never charged for a seat that no longer exists.

If a session is genuinely interrupted by an instructor emergency or platform outage, it is rescheduled live or refunded pro-rata; it is never papered over with a recording.

You agree to complete the pre-work, to bring real or redacted/synthetic data suitable for the build, and to use the live room and private community in good faith. Recordings and assets are licensed to you for your own ongoing use; redistributing or reselling skaai materials is not permitted.

skaai is an education service. Outcomes depend in part on your participation and your data; beyond the money-back guarantee, skaai's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your seat, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms may be updated; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are announced, never made silently.

skaai does not store or retain your business data. During the live weekend, your artifacts are built and run inside your own tools and accounts. Any connection skaai makes to your stack is scoped and removed; a redact-then-prompt, local-first approach is taught in Module 0 before any real data is touched.

If your organization forbids connecting live data, a synthetic-data fallback lets you complete every build — the security objection never blocks your seat.

To run the school we collect what you provide and what is needed to deliver your cohort: your name and work email, application answers, payment and invoice records (processed by our payment provider), and the assets you choose to keep. With your explicit, opt-in consent, founding participants may share a case study or redacted artifact screenshots — no consent, standard terms, still welcome.

We use your information to review applications, deliver your cohort and its assets, send transactional email (acknowledgement, acceptance, receipts, the calendar file, and the community handoff), and improve the program. We do not sell your data. We do not run a back-end marketing funnel against participants.

We rely on a small set of named processors for payments, transactional email, scheduling, and application records. Each is engaged under its own terms. We retain records only as long as needed to run the school and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw any proof-capture consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable data-protection and consumer-protection law, including for participants in India.
